The advantages of the seal Mini Strap

The blocking element (steel nipple) is safely corrugated inside the seal, thus excluding the possibility of opening it without leaving visible traces and the repeated installation.
Large surface, available to be marked, offers extended opportunities to customize the product: marking the color logo of the client, barcode, 2-D code and a large space for text.
The seal installation does not require special abilities or equipment.

Technical specifications

Material: polyethylene.
Dimensions 205х27х13,5 mm. Diameter of the blocking element – 2,4 mm., length 151,5 mm.
Continuous operation at the temperatures: -40°С - +60°С.
Blocking system – the nipple is made of stainless steel.
Weight – 2,44 gr.
Validity period – 5 years starting with the fabrication date.

Marking

It is possible to apply the logo of the client and the number on the surface of the housing. Depending on the dimensions, the number of characters may vary. The marking and printing of the logo can be made in two ways: Black color – laser marking, multicolor logo – pad printing. Also it is possible to apply the barcode and the 2 –D code.

Packaging

The products are packed in plastic bags of 100 pieces each, then in cardboard boxes of1000 pieces. Packaging weight – 3,kg (brutto).

Installation rules

Insert the free end of the blocking element through the holes of the object to be sealed, then through the hole on the seal housing.
Pull the blocking element until the loop between the seal and the object to be sealed decreases.
The verification of the safe installation shall be performed by hand trying to unlock the seal. When installed correctly, the movement in the opposite direction is not possible.
The seal installation is finished.
